We are also able to assist you with purchasing land or a finished home here in the log home community of Hidden Lake. We are located in beautiful McDowell County of North Carolina. Close to Marion, Lake James, Linville, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. We sit about 10 miles south of the town of Marion, NC below the I-40 interchange.

There are many wonderful properties available in Hidden Lake, whether you are looking for a weekend retreat, or someplace to call home permanently! Our rental cabins are all individually and privately owned, each with their own unique character and decor. When staying with us, you are also able to enjoy some of the wonderful amenities we have to offer.

We also service the property owners of Hidden Lake and can offer any of the following services. If there is something you don't see here, just ask:

• Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly house inspections to check working condition of home, mechanicals, electrical, well, and septic systems. This is great for those out-of-town owners who want a sense of security knowing their home is being looked after in their absence.

• Interior and Exterior inspections of home to look for items such as: leaks, broken windows, water/storm damage, etc.

• Mail and/or Package retrieval

• Lawn care and maintenance

• Trash removal

• Misc. home repairs

• Pet sitting

• Grocery shopping to re-stock that fridge

• House cleaning

We can also assist by putting you in touch with local builders and contractors if you are wanting to build, add-on, do some home remodeling, or finish off that basement you've been meaning to.
